Ever since the 1st grade, Dipen dreamt about making ice cream for a living just like his Nana did. Jessica made the switch from accounting school to follow her passion for pastry. Together, they founded Miharu, a new, quirky ice cream brand based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Miharu’s mission is to serve an ice cream experience that uses local and seasonal ingredients creatively, and is a fun spin on Dipen and Jessica’s favourite flavours from their childhood, growing up in the Asian-American diaspora. Miharu’s ever-expanding menu is home to a wide range of exotic flavours and combinations while still nailing the classics. Our newer flavours include Litchi Raspberry Swirl, Miso Butterscotch, Thai Basil Straciatella and so much more.
