Mindset is a sports psychology service for athletes. It consists of a team that approaches and welcomes a variety of
sport clubs across South East Kent. The job role will be to improve the mental well-being and performance of an athlete. The psychologists will apply psychological theory to athletes, coaches, support staff and parents in order to fulfill their roles.
Exploring across both print and digital, displayed are screen-printed motivational posters. Taking a new interest in film and video editing I have also created a motivational video. The message not only relates to athletes but to all of those that have the drive to succeed.
