Rituals International challenged Mobile Journey for engaging consumers with a mobile first approach.
The brand was aiming for awareness and being top-of-mind around their loyal and new consumers. Mobile Journey enabled this by building up an audience list through a white-list publishers, in order to accociate the brand with the right audience.
They came up with an interactive storytelling video, which engage consumers to place products items on their Christmas wish list.
Beyond the awareness objective, Mobile Journey also measured the physical store visits, based on real-time mobile data.
