I was responsible for designing and artworking to every POS format across all of their national and international retail markets. Some of my key achievements were: Adopted, maintained and updated brand guidelines; Mass produced campaign and packaging artwork – each with specific requirements; Met tight deadlines; Prioritised workloads; Collaborated across teams; Kept essential parties updated; Worked closely with printers; Hosted creative reviews with senior staff; Helped to oversee a junior designer and freelancer; Worked on many other design briefs such as editorials and urgent marketing materials to help out my team. I also created and implemented effective solutions to challenges and improved efficiency in production, using batch processing and automation action scripts.
