3X Mood boards in a light, medium & Dark scheme in current UK Trends showing different rooms in the house. For the light scheme I selected warming neutral tones which help create a calming sanctuary. Playing with neutral tones through layering natural textures and materials really helps bring a space together with warm, rich brown and earthy tones compliment nicely with warm cream tones. For the Medium Scheme I have selected warm, green, neutral tones exploring the concept of bringing the outdoors in through colours inspired by out outdoor spaces. For the Dark Colour Scheme I have chosen dark blues and greys alongside cool white tones to creating calming environment. throughout this board I have explored how colour can be used in various ways from feature walls, tiles and cabinetry. Colour can be expressed in various ways and juxtaposed through new and exciting materials.
