Gorilla Editors Maxim Young is pleased to announce working together with artist Mustafa Hulusi to create his new work titled “Mood Reel’, recently premiered at The Page gallery in Seoul, Korea.
The new single-channel video piece is named after an advertising standard format used in initial agency-to-client pitch presentations.
In this version however, the artist reverses the submissive nature of the set-up by assembling excerpts from radical 1960’s and 1970’s art-house world cinema to question the origin of our lifestyle saturated, image info-sphere.
