Motherland: A Windrush television series

Is a part autobiographical part fictional screenplay that provides a subaltern history of Britain during the 1950's. I documented the accounts from the Wind Rush Generation, peeling back the immigrants experience of Britain. Sourcing the information from family members I found oral testimonies allow a degree of self expression which has been shrouded by mainstream public record. This is my own project.
