Responsible for the planning and organisation of The UK’s biggest dance event ‘MOVE IT 2016’
I worked as an intern in the office for 3 months prior to the event where my roles included; managing and editing website content and visual media, creating and distributing exhibitors marketing tool kit, client liaison, managing large excel databases, analysing ticket sales data and preparing and presenting weekly reports, ensuring all data is accurate.
I was responsible for interviewing and recruiting a large team of volunteers to work at the event.
During the event I was placed as manager of the VIP lounge where I was responsible for ensuring security and safety of all VIP ticket holders and celebrities and dance artists.
