As part of my Final Master's Project for my MA in Content Creation at Regent's University London, I developed My Aura—a unique blend of art, personal growth, and mental health, expressed through a series of posters (My Aura Posters), a guided journal (My Aura Journal), and a Virtual Art Exhibition. These creative outputs are designed to engage both the aesthetic sensibilities and introspective needs of the target audience—primarily women from the Zillennial, Millennial, and Gen Z generations. The project’s core philosophy is rooted in combining visually stimulating art with reflective content to promote mental well-being. During my MA, I honed key skills in content strategy, brand development, and multimedia production, all of which shaped the creation of My Aura. The My Aura Journal features research-backed prompts, thought-provoking quotes, and visually captivating artwork, encouraging users to embark on a journey of personal growth. The My Aura Posters transform these themes into visually compelling pieces, while the Augmented Reality (AR) feature I developed allows users to place the virtual posters in their own spaces using their phone cameras, creating a personalised, interactive experience. The Virtual Art Exhibition brings these elements together, offering an immersive, digital platform where users can engage with the brand. This project represents the culmination of the skills I acquired throughout my MA in Content Creation, particularly in branding, digital marketing, and innovative content production. My Aura is an accessible, aesthetically engaging tool that merges creativity with purpose, reflecting my passion for mental well-being and visual storytelling.
