I felt disturbed by the negative semantics associated in conversation around the female form. From discussions as beautiful (and sometimes a little scary) as child birth, the most perfect and horrific sexual encounters, abortion, first and last periods, to the terrors of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and rape culture. Our bodies go through a lot. We all have our own intimate relationships with ourselves, our bodies and our minds.
