My Debut EP 'Drive' is now out!

Hey everyone! My debut EP ‘Drive’ is finally out and available to stream on all platforms that you prefer listening to music on! I’m so happy to share this body of work with you all! We started working on this EP in the year 2021 (From February). I ate a lot of burritos, it was great. This was during this same year when COVID-19 lockdown restrictions were still in place, but luckily they eased up and we could get in the studio in person and start working on each of the tracks. The first song that we started working on was ’Bad Habit’ and the last song that we finished putting the final touches on was ‘Hit You Back’. Fast forward 2 years and 2 months and now it’s actually here! Most of these songs started in my living room/bedroom where I would make beats on Ableton and write lyrics to them. The EP ‘Drive’ overall touches on themes such as mental health, wanting to have fun, reminiscing about the past, love, being misunderstood and empowerment. The title of the EP ‘Drive’ represents the idea of wanting to strive towards something better, leave the past behind and move forwards towards the future. This also reinforces the idea of ambition and having a vision of where it is that you want to be mentally and trying to figure out how to get there. This can suggest a ‘journey’ metaphorically and how it isn’t always straight forward as there can be many obstacles that you may have to face. This main theme in particular is very representative overall, hence why the title is taken from the single ‘Drive’ which seems to tie all the tracks together in some way. I hope you all like it, catch a vibe, get in the zone, dance and sing along as you listen to it from top to bottom. A lot of hard work went into this EP and now it’s all yours.
