My Fathers’ Daughter is a powerful and intimate memoir, in which Hannah-Azieb Pool takes us on her extraordinary journey of self-discovery back to her birth home - Eritrea. The goal for this cover was for it to feel vibrant, optimistic, truthful, intimate and vulnerable. The collage-style allowed me to be playful but also serious at the same time.

It's a story of identity, family and home told with warmth and wisdom.
