Drive is an anthemic song about empowerment, wanting to get away from your problems and eventually resolving them. It touches on the theme of mental health. It represents a journey metaphorically of trying to get from one place to another mentally. This can range from feeling stuck and reminiscing on how you used to be as a person to the present day of where you are now, how better your situation is compared to before or how it could be and how you currently feel.
