NASA Space App Challenge 2021 - Project name: Let it Go (Without a Bang)

I got the opportunity use the ole brain cells and my passion for problem solving in NASA's 2021 Space App Challenge. The whole experience taught me a lot about problems that I never thought existed before. I realized how the "smallest" challenges have the biggest impact! It was interesting to find out upon research that parachutes are one of the biggest obstacles for most space agencies! Parachute damage problems is what's stopping us from having a successful landing mission on Mars to this day for example. If we solve this, we gain the opportunity to focus on bigger problems and free up time and resources for more futuristic approach to space exploration. Our team SNASA was among the Global Nominees, among the 360 chosen out of 2,814!
