National Day for Staff Networks

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are one of the many ways Discovery provides valuable connections and networking opportunities between our employees. Not only are ERGs a way to get to know your colleagues, but evidence shows that connecting team members from various parts of our business has a positive impact on important areas ranging from consumer marketing to retention to collaboration skills and, of course, innovation.
