National Geographic – Year Million

“What will the future look like?” “Where will the human race be in the Year Million!” A fun Sci-Fi docudrama depicting the future. Working with Radical Media on The National Geographic Tv Series ‘Year Million’ to realise futuristic visions of living. I worked as part of a large team working on a number of specific shots within the series. A varied role that suited my broad skill set. Duties included compositing, creating space shots from scratch using After Effects and designing HUD displays that where then passed to the Vfx houses for compositing. The Rain Shot is was one of a series of rain shots that I composited in After Effects. The Space Shots where great fun to make. I created everything from scratch including assets using After Effects.
