Creation of a comprehensive visual identity and language to tell the story
of Felbrigg Hall. We identified the key areas, characters and stories
of Felbrigg. Bringing these together in a way that is unified, informative
and above all unique to Felbrigg, we created a ‘Hall Marks’ visual language.
Hall marks refer to distinguishing characters or traits and we created a set of icons and guidelines closely depicting what is distinct about Felbrigg.
Since the launch in the summer season of 2014, unique and return visitor
numbers have grown by 15% and James Webb was invited in 2015 to present a talk on design process at the National Trust Design & Production Conference.
