During this time of uncertantity and being in a Lockdown, I decided to conitnue to be creative and therfore create a new video and experiement and test my editing skills and try out new skills such as changing the background colour from white to black, working with mix-media and having still images as either a collage or seperatly and side by side. As you will see in this video all shot on a Iphone, I found that the collage of still images didnt work and like having the images sat next to each other in the timeline like a normal edit. I also decided to go with the white background as I found it brought out the colours of the Images better and made the whole asthetic of the video look better. When colour grading I kept it simple and just warmed up the photos to give a more natural feel, to do this I increased the temperature to around 50. I also brought down the shadows to elminate the black around the subjects. I hope you enjoy and it makes you appreciate Nature more!
