Neurodiverse people who need a job in West Sussex

Cute dog Consulting, our female lead neurodiverse social enterprise has been very lucky in securing a contract to help 12 neurodiverse people in West Sussex find work experience or a job. Can anyone suggest a way to approach employers who are disability friendly? (We are a Disability 3 Leader but find it hard to connect to the other members of the scheme)
