NEW DESIGNERS 2020 - UNIVERSITY OF SUSSEX: BSc (Hons) Product Design

At Sussex, our teaching is led by design experts with industry experience combining art, science and technology. Our graduate designers learn to design products that satisfy the needs and behaviours of people and society. They work from Year One with industry professionals on live creative briefs, and also have opportunities to commercialise your products. Our graduates are grounded with advanced design thinking so they can develop informed solutions - and produce them through prototyping and manufacturing models. They also consider how their products may be repaired, re-purposed or given a longer life of use – truly designing for the circular economy – a skill highly desired by industry.
