New Nomadism sets an imaginary narrative seeing humans striving through an ever-increasingly hostile climate and environment. Following a group of survivors, we board on a metaphorical journey, facing climate adversities in a range of prehistoric and lunar-looking landscapes. Shot on the volcanic plains and glacier-like caves of Mount Etna, this editorial aims to stimulate awareness on the ways climate change may affect our life in the future. The subjects fashion aims at defining the era they live in, underlining a style that responds to life conditions and technical needs they face on their day to day movement. Sciara is the Sicilian word for the path/stream of lava after the eruption. A dry element where nature struggles to flourish.
