New Town Sounds

The brief for this project was to create a fun and eye-catching brand for an upcoming one day festival being held in Basildon Town Centre. The client wanted the outcome to be personalised to Basildon by encapsulating Basildon’s architecture and culture. I created a set of icons based on buildings found in Basildon and fun shapes to complement the icons in a bright and vibrant colour palette. I was asked to design some posters in multiple different sizes, leaflets and signage all using the brand I had created. I also created a town map which was used on the website to show people which events were going on in each area.
