onedotzero's latest collaboration with Nike saw the delivery of a range of photography, graphic and motion content for the NikeLab website and social media platforms for the relaunch of the Air Zoom Talaria running shoe - known as one of the best rides in Nike footwear history.
With a brief to "create beautiful modern NikeLab content that heroes the Air Zoom Talaria and communications lightweight comfort", onedotzero developed hero content for the NikeLab.com homepage in the form of a 12-second looping animation with fluid motion and speed inspired by Air Zoom Talaria's road racing heritage.
Developing a distinctive visual language with intense experimentation three GIFs and six stills were finally created for full Instagram takeovers highlighting the three colourways and illustrating the key messages of comfort, lightweight and speed.
Hero still shots of the shoes were shot by photographer Sun Lee before being retouched for use across all of the deliverables by onedotzero. To complement the work onedotzero designed the directive for product table displays for the NikeLab concept stores such as 1948.
