The brand – The Great British Egg Co., was set up specifically to service the needs of a range of food operators across the industry.
Our campaign included live demos to chefs, caterers, media and key buyers – held at London’s food mecca Borough Market- bringing innovative, convenient and healthy recipe suggestions to life for their menus, including gluten-free Yorkshire Puddings and Scrambled Egg Burgers.
And for kids who notoriously under-index when it comes to choosing egg dishes, Egg Bites were showcased as an enjoyable format that wouldn’t make children think they were eggs!
