Norridge began as a pop-up restaurant inspired by a shared love of porridge and our home city, Norwich. From there it developed into a lifestyle brand and expanded into wellbeing events, event catering, and design and photography services for other small businesses. The cookbook ties all of this together and shares recipes for some of the most popular dishes from the pop-up events, as well as an overview of the events and projects we undertook as Norridge.
