Producing precision milled and customisable wedges for the ever-growing golf market, North Golf has a genuine passion for the game combined with an equally passionate approach to engineering. Ahead of their launch we developed a brand identity that celebrated their originality, process and craft.

What's the story?

Using a mix of traditional hand-crafted techniques and precision machining, North Golf makes unique golf wedges that are designed to turn heads and spark conversations on fairways around the world. Manufactured to the highest of standards, these wedges not only look beautiful but perform flawlessly too.

We based the new brand around a key message at the very heart of North Golf’s products: Authenticity above all else. Informed by this, we created a visual identity that evoked a sense of originality, nostalgia and quality, with a focus on the artisan processes involved in creating these bespoke products. We opted for a confident and distinctive typographic system that gave a visual nod to the hand-crafted style and technique of sign painting.

The design system is supported by a suite of brand assets including a core monogram that add further character and flexibility, with a particular need to be engraved, embossed and embroidered across a variety of new products and accessories.
