Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami

A university project to bring a new lease of life to an existing book, Norwegian Wood written by Haruki Murakami. the produce this I used a combination of watercolour and gouache to create the main element features on the front cover. I then used a mixture of photography and layering in Photoshop to create the watercolour wood effect background, layer the music to the song Norwegian Wood by The Beatles over the top to create a more complex and interesting base to hold the existing text.
