Nova, Victoria is an impressive 897,000 sq ft mixed-use development by Land Securities. It’s made up of five buildings within a new landscaped public space opposite Victoria station. Nothing of this scale and potential has been created in this central and significant district in recent years, so the brand launch for the development needed to reflect the big ambition of this project. The brand idea ‘A place for people who think differently’ does exactly this. It not only communicates the type of place that Land Securities want Nova Victoria to become, but also the people and businesses that they want to attract. Brand extensions were created across the office, residential and retail offer – A 'manifesto' for businesses that think differently, homes created for individuals and restaurants for tastes that differ.
