Crown Agency has been included in the prestigious list for the second consecutive year, and this year it has won several rankings and is currently in the top 15% of top employers recognized for their efforts in 2023.

On this year's list of top employers, Crown Corporation ranked 41st out of 300 companies also included in Forbes' rankings. That means OLG has risen 12 notches this year and is also second in the category. Meanwhile, major hospitality company Marriott International topped the list.
Canada's 2023 list of top employers is conducted by Forbes and Statista through independent surveys of employees working for companies with more than 500 employees in the country. The assessment is based on direct or indirect recommendations from employees surveyed to evaluate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family.
Esder Zdolec, senior vice president of people and culture at OLG, said making the list means a lot more to the company because it's completely employee-centric and shows how proud OLG is of working for the Crown. He noted that company employees are committed to doing good for the province, supporting and valuing colleagues, and celebrating various perspectives and backgrounds.
Over the past few weeks, OLG has made some important announcements regarding its activities. This month, Crown Corporation sent quarterly gaming revenue payments to 29 casino host communities in the state. Toronto City was one of the things to host Casino Woodbine and will see a CA$6.3 million increase in treasury in the third quarter of 2022-2023.
Shortly after that, OLG also announced this week that Crown Agency would extend its multi-year contract with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. With this latest deal, Proline Plus will become Real Sports' official sports betting partner.
