Oliver Bonas x Fedrigoni Candle packaging

Bee Pure Candles is a collection made for the Oliver Bonas x Fedrigoni YCN competition. Focused on using natural sources, candles made from beeswax purifies the air, whilst burning for longer. This set of four expresses the process of bees producing the honey which is used to make this beeswax. Candle one shows a bee travelling towards a flower to collect nectar. Candle two illustrates the bee carrying the nectar back to the beehive. Candle three depicts the chaos in the hive when the bee "dances" to inform other bees where their nectar source is. Candle four shows the final stage of the honey coming together. Each candle consists of an outer lid with a bee-shaped die cut so consumers can see the illustrations beneath as they twist and explore each stage through the bee cut.
