Their short film 'On The Pulse Of The Morning', features Sakeema and the inimitable words of Maya Angelou shot and was Directed/Produced by Carson + Gareth.

'This film is to highlight the 50th anniversary of Christopher Street Liberation Day — the first ever Pride march — which itself took place exactly one year on from Stonewall. It was led by trans women of colour, among them Sylvia Rivera and Marsha P Johnson, who were of course two key founders of our movement, to whom we owe everything. ⠀
Yet today, the QTPOC community has been let down, and we all need to do more. Until our trans siblings can live their lives in peace, then there can be no time for rest. No-one gets a break. ⠀
Now more than ever, I feel certain that the future is ours to invent. And as such, I wanted to share this collaboration with the incredible Sakeema Crook, I hope it inspires new steps of change. Carson McColl'
