One Bad Day is a concept I produced that puts forward the notion that everyone has at least one bad day, conveying relatability and that we are all the same. The illustrations depict this funny-looking character, Obdob, in both relatable and exaggerated situations that would make for a bad day. Taking inspiration from world-famous artist, Keith Haring, I opted for a simplistic, hand-drawn style and never use more than 1-2 colours in each illustration. Like many of my illustrations, there was no particular reason why I chose this style, it was just a matter of experimenting to see what looks best to me.
