This book tells a story using images from a range of media. I am going to use appropriation to substitute the missing scenes; there is a fuck load of imagery at our fingertips, we are so overstimulated by the media to the point we no longer recognize images as photography let alone as a photographic tool. I am going to exploit this overstimulation as a resource to recycle images, creating a narrative. Doing this eliminates restrictions on shoots, taking away the worry of budget, equipment and location, leaving the images to illustrate the script “One Bad Week” written by a anonymous writer. By recycling images I am questioning the authors role by appropriating their body of work and I have chosen a author that has deemed themselves anonymous to set foundation of the manifesto.
