THE STORY Orme Property is a heritage London brand with a national presence. They are a small, dynamic team with a personal approach whose goal is to target young, energetic clients on the up. When the client first approached us, their name was Orme Retail but their offering had grown broader than simply retail. A new name and a rebrand was required to express their new position along with a new website to communicate their expanded offering and provide more sophisticated property search functionality to their clients. WHAT WE DID Using the new name, we created a modernised brand identity that reflects the company’s direction, remains relevant in the developing market yet stands out from the competition. The new website is highly bespoke, dynamic and innovative with a bespoke property search that features on-the-fly filtering. The site uses modern technologies to deliver the web content smoothly and seamlessly, including slick page transitions. High-end imagery and parallax scrolling give the web design a contemporary and elegant feel and add to the engaging browsing experience. To support Orme Property with their content management, the bespoke website back-end is high quality, intuitive and user-friendly.
