We began working with our nutritionist and formulation partner to create the first Personalised Protein.
And then… It was chaotic. Our website crashed. And we constantly ran out of stock!
Turns out our marketing was pretty effective — we gained 1,000 customers pretty quickly with thousands more talking about us on social media.
We raised £192k from private investors and our first crowdfunding campaign. We made some big promises at the time and have since delivered on every single one. Rebrand, new website and a new category (vitamins), plus reached £50k in monthly revenue.
We relaunched the brand and website, adding a major new category: personalised vitamin pouches.
In doing this, our algorithm for making recommendations also received a major upgrade with additional input from our in-house nutritionist and new research papers.
We enjoyed our biggest month yet, delivering personalised vitamins and protein to over 1,500 households.
It’s go time! We’re launched our crowdfunding campaign to bring onboard some additional rocket fuel to the Personalised Co story.
We are now in 2021 with an investment round closed and a great roadmap ahead of us!
