Outdoor and Digital NHS Spring Campaign - Eagle London Agency

Tackling pandemic fatigue and COVID burnout head-on, we took on the challenge of speaking to people during this unprecedented health crisis. NHS Kent and Medway approached us, following the success of "The Gift", to create a powerful strategy that would effectively encourage residents to adopt positive attitudes towards the client and their vaccination programs. Objective: Our goal was to produce a campaign specifically targeted towards the black community. It was important to us that we accurately represented the different sub-groups within this audience, showing our commitment to understanding and meeting their needs.

Approach:

Using our unique creative process, we developed a compelling storyline, characters, and themes that would truly resonate with individuals. We knew that selecting aesthetically appealing characters was crucial, as previous campaigns had unintentionally created frustration by misrepresenting the black community. We were meticulous in choosing a cast that authentically represented a black family.
Furthermore, our campaign deliberately included a range of age groups that had been less responsive to previous efforts. We wanted to address any concerns and ensure that our message reached everyone, regardless of their age.
Results:

The client was overjoyed with our work, and the campaign was so well-received that it caught the attention of wider NHS systems. Now, NHS Kent and Medway is being sought after for their expertise in producing impactful, authentic, and diverse campaigns.
