University project in collaboration with the creative agency “The District” in Cambridge. The brief was to develop a branding based on an object. The drawing series of OVO’s is the synthesis of my research based on the taste of an egg. The sense of taste is the sensory system that is responsible for the perception of flavour. Taste is the perception produced or stimulated when a substance in the mouth reacts chemically with the taste receptors, which sends the information to the brain. In this project, I was interested in the taste related to emotions, more specifically, the feelings we have when we taste something. On this topic, I made a connection between language and symbols, transcribing this connection through a new visual language.
