At OYA: Body-Mind-Spirit Retreats we focus on holistic wellness, which encompasses physical and mental health, emotional and social wellbeing. It is important to address our healing and growth holistically and not symptomatically. For this reason, we offer a range of sessions that include, but are not limited to, movement, meditation, massage, Reiki, journaling, and empowering workshops tailored to the needs of Black women and women of colour.
