In collboration with another event planning company ('Hush'), I hosted the artists 'WSTRN'(who had a single peaking at number 4 on the UK charts) at the Leamington Assembly. This night ran very smoothly with there being opening acts, dj's and our headliners performing on the night.
Prior to the event I was in charge of booking all the artists, organising the riders, and also promoting the event on social media.
I also arranged food catering for all the artists involved as well.
On the night my role consisted of ensuring that the music order ran smoothly and I was also responsible for liaising with all the performers on the night as well.
