London based celebrity mail artist Julia Diogo, aka Painted By Jools, is known for her simple yet chic manicures. Her nail artistry journey began 13 years ago with a focus on skincare to ensure a wow-worthy finish. Diogo's work has been featured in the likes of Vogue, Glamour and Sunday Times Style and on social media platforms reaching more than four million people.
