Everyone has a story. We have all overcome triumphs and experienced incredible hardships. Patch&Badge is a visual system that encourages others to face and unpack these difficult experiences through the cathartic process. It is a form of listening through a visualized medium.
After collecting upwards of 20 personal narratives, I focused on four specific stories, transforming them from written word, into graphics and embroidered patches that one can wear as a symbol of the strength it takes to share.
