Patience Sans
Stuttering or stammering effects 1 in 100 people, taking the form of a tense struggle when speaking. The biggest problem however, isn’t the disorder itself, but how other people treat those with it. Often people interrupt, finish the sentences of, or speak for those with stammer. The issue is a lack of patience, something people need to change. That is something Patience Sans will stand for. We created a unique font, which is designed in order to make people more patient. By taking time to read and understand it.
The website allows users to make their own messages, turing their speech into something disordered, similar to that of a person with speech impediments. From the site, users can then share their message to social media in the style of a Patience Sans prints, flooding social media with our message.
