peasouper: journey through London

A visual narrative showcasing a journey through London using photographic images and typographic elements to capture the hidden issue of air pollution in the London Underground. Using the idea of transportation to illustrate a journey back in time repeating our own history, this being ‘The Great Smog of London’ in 1952. I play with the idea that we are heading into a dark future making the same mistakes as before, if we do not take responsibility for our environment, our past may also become our future.
