Peckham Levels Wayfinding strategy

Peckham Levels is a former multi-story carpark in the heart of South East London which now stands as six floors of studio spaces, bars and local business'. In my current role as a Manager, I oversee operational runnings of both the public and member facing levels as well as working closely with out marketing and design teams to ensure people have the best experience in finding and navigating our site when they come to visit. During January of 2020, we closed for a week to the public in order to undertake some refurbishment work to bring the site a new lease of life. During the closure I designed and led a series of internal way finding strategies to fit in with the aesthetic of the carpark, but also to improve peoples experiences when on site as navigating through the space as this is something that seemed to be a reoccurring issue from feedback.
