Pekoe Tea Edinburgh Summer Bestseller Launch

I work for a tea company in Edinburgh and part of my role was to be the in house photographer. Much of my work consisted of producing candid setups for Instagram. The business owners then felt they wanted a more 'punchy, bright, modern, fashionesque' shoot of their product for summer. Something that stands out against the other tea companies, that's more modern and also that appeals to the target market of 20-40 year olds. After much deliberation, I looked into some ideas. I like to try and keep up to date with trends, and I very much enjoy blending different styles and aesthetics together. This set up is far from the traditional concept of tea, it was inspired by fashion shoots, summer sun, pop art, and very much tied into the brand concepts of pops of colour, bold flavours and unique blends. Each tea is featured alongside propped flavour notes that feature in the blend or the pure tea. For example, the best seller 'Blue Lady' is a black tea with grapefruit and rose, some of the green tea are bold and robust in flavour with vegetal plant notes, others hold a floral flavour, and so on.
