Phillips enlisted MATTE to produce its Sneaker Exhibition Launch Event, assisting with guest list curation, event partner aquisition, DJ talent aquisition and management, catering services and photo booth design and production. As the Account Manager, I helmed client communication and managed expectations throughout the expedited three week production timeline. I also managed internal graphic design deliverables, ensuring the team maintained the established project timeline.
