This work created around a collection of high school yearbook portraits that were discovered, discarded and forgotten in a dumpster in ohio. For andy these became a foundation of a nostalgic exploration into the concept of identity, diversity (or lack thereof) and capturing the essence of the teenage midwestern american experience in the 1980’s.
