Our Manila experience was bittersweet. The infamous traffic could be soul-destroying at times. 30-minute journeys somehow turned in 2-hour excursions. That coupled with 30-degree December heat and a serious lack of driving etiquette and... well, you get the picture! But, we wouldn't have had it any other way, chaos included. This series documents the sights we often saw, from tricycles that always carried more people and things than seemed possible to a driver's hand decorated with cash made from his daily earnings.
