Hidden Scotland reached out to me wanting to collaborate on their first-ever magazine showcasing the best of Scotland. My work was published in the Edinburgh section and it's definitely up there for proudest moments. In the past, we have worked together on Instagram, blog posts and guides to coffee drinking and the coffee scene in Edinburgh.
