Phygital Phonics at HARI

Phygital Phonics was an experimental hybrid physical-digital project for an AxisWeb commission, by HARI (Hull Artist Research Initiative). Members of the public went go out into physical spaces where they encountered nature and digitally recorded the sounds they heard there. Pheobe riley Law passed these recordings on to an international cast of artists who have incorporated them into sound pieces - through both live performances and prerecorded submissions.
